Eugene Francis Jnr has just released two songs on a good old fashioned 7" Single: Poor Me b/w Kites. He has a Welsh birth certificate, with shows Apache Indian for the father and Inuit for the mother. The A-side Poor Me has a great video:
Eugene Francis was raised on Country, Blues and Folk Music, although when he misbehaved his parents made him listen to 80's Synth-Pop or Ambient.
He sounds like the long lost left-field nephew of Jack Stafford. He is weird, but in a harmless way.
