Brooklyn based alt punk rock trio EndAnd can be loud as fuck in one song and surprisingly tender in the next one. They have released two EPs in a single swoop - Adventures of Hi-Fi in Space and Adventures of Lo-Fi in Space they go back to quiet-loud basics that were once championed by Nirvana and The Pixies. They are coming up short to match those band's left-field lyricism, but their DIY approach of the power trio makes for enjoyable listening experience. The noisier College rock may have fallen of the radar of the mainstream, but it is still very much alive.
With a Kickstarter campaign for their full-length Mechanics & Energetics of Stilt-Running the band is hoping to catch a wave out of obscurity. For now settle for a short loud rock song like Commando or the Sixties inspired pop ditty Sweet
EndAnd:
Daniel Fern: vocals guitars
Bill Fitzgerald: bass, vocals
