Dutch composer & lutenist Jozef van Wissem will his release his 21st album Nihil Obstat on April 24th on Important Records. He is prolific musician who covers new ground mixing tradition Renaissance and Baroque forms of lute music with 21st Century savvy and cut-and-past techniques. For this album he used a custom made instrument. Van Wissem lives in Brooklyn.
