Neil Young & Crazy Horse will headline the Interlocken 2013 festival at Oak Ridge Farm at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Arrington, VA (September 5-8). Furthur, Zac Brown, The String Cheese Incident and The Black Crowes are also on the bill. Tickets go on sale on May 23.
