Birmingham band The Traps have just released their new single The Honey Drip, a melodic pop song with a hint of rock. Vocals and keyboards are allowed to roam free, with the bass and drums locking in to create a catchy backbeat. This band relies on harmonies and with two good singers, whose voices blend seamlessly, they can safely do so. A ray of sunshine of a rainy Spring day. The video was directed by Benjamin Parry.
The Honey Drip is released through Speech Fewapy Records. It's the second single from their forthcoming debut album. Buy it from iTunes.
