Herself is the musical alter ego of Gioele Valentia, an Italian lo-fi folk singer who dabbles in electronics. Here We Are is a track form his fourth full-length, the self-titled Herself, released on DeAmbula Records. The video was created by Scottish filmmaker Tobias Feltus, who captured the melancholy mood of the song by using a loop of an anonymous cook preparing a salad dressing in the kitchen.
