Phish bring archival pop-up store The Freezer to New York City when they play at Randall's Island on July 11-13. Rare items are on sale and there will be a new vinyl release.
It's that time again to open the doors to The Freezer, an official Phish Archive merch store, at Randall's Island. The Freezer will feature a number of shirts, hard goods, posters and other items from Phish's past, available for purchase. All are original items from the band's collection, and not reprints. They include items from 1996-2002 and are extremely limited (we're talking 4-5 of each style). The WaterWheel Foundation will be the recipient of a percentage of all sales in The Freezer. You may remember how fast the Freezer thawed at Bader Field two years ago.
Everything in The Freezer has been archivally stored and preserved. In addition to Ts, we'll be offering a very limited number of rare posters from the Phish Archives (again, all part of their original runs; NOT reprints), including classic Jim Pollock posters. These posters will be available in very limited quantities and we're expecting them to go fast.
As if that wasn't enough, this year, we're happy to announce that The Freezer will play host to the JEMP Records Store, on site at Randall's Island. On Friday & Saturday, JEMP Records will be unleashing a new Phish vinyl release to the public, which will be available for the first time exclusively at Randall's Island. We'll announce details shortly!
