Montreal psychedelic raga rock trio Elephant Stone try something different on their new single The Devil's Shelter. After numerous tries to get the vocals right, lead singer Rishi Dhir concluded that he couldn't get the dark sound he was looking for. Alex Maas of Austin, TX, band The Black Angels got the call and it worked out fine. The Devil's Shelter is a blend of Indian rhythms, dense electronics and Floydian washes of guitar.
They will be on tour in the USA throughout November after they play a show at the Turbo Haüs in their hometown.
