Dutch electropop band North Star are back with a new single. Machine, Machine wanders off to prog and back, with subtle keyboards and plenty of echo to enhance the vocals. Massive Attack is still a huge influence, but now there also shards of Portishead of Dead Can Dance woven into fabric of the intricate musical tapestry.
The band will be working again with bass player Roy Mitchell-Cárdenas (MuteMath), recording new songs in January and February.
