Declan Welsh & The Decadent West hit the ground running a rollicking garage rocker, Parisian Friends, taking the piss about feeling insecure around people who appear to be cooler or at least more sophisticated. The Scottish quartet proudly proclaim that said friends might even be imaginerary, saving them the trouble of drinking wine instead of beer as an added bonus. With their ample supply of great hooks and "don't-give-a-fuck" attitude they shouldn't worry about being stylish, or hip and happening. Play loud, enjoying a beverage or two.
