Glaswegian rock quartet Declan Welsh & The Decadent West sing about the one certainty in life - death - on their new single Impermanency. It is a bit more structured and less spontaneous than their previous releases, but as a slow burn it works quite well. It can serve as a breather track during their high energy live shows.
