Musical maverick Johnny Dowd has been forced to cancel his upcoming European tour:

good people of europe--no sense beating around the bush--my upcoming tour is canceled--sad news for me ---i was looking forward to seeing old friends and fans but it's not to be--circumstances beyond my control--god willing and the creek don't rise i'll see you next year[my health is fine]--
