Porcupine Tree have unveiled a video for Herd Culling: "a return to their prog metal phase with guitarist and singer Steven Wilson describing the faux safety (...) in a post-apocalyptic world. Drummer Gavin Harrison brought his A-game for this one - note the syncopation. Richard Barbieri enters the party a little later, with tasty, percussive synths". Note: this the full album version, not the single cut that was used for the visualizer in May of this year.
The clip wasd directed by Miles Skarin, produced by Crystal Spotlight. Animation by Miles Skarin, Martin Matus Davis, and Jack Hubbard. It will be used as a background movie during their tour later this year.
