NYC based singer-songwriter Ronan Conroy has unveiled a video for his new single Dark Paradise, a Lana Del Rey cover that will be included on his forthcoming new album, The Slow Death of the LoveMyth. It's a bit more post-punk than the original, thanks to swirling synths courtesy of his longtime collaborator Charlie Nieland, and Conroy's vocal delivery comes close Dave Gahan.
The clip was directed by Lily Stephania (Hypnodoll), who enlisted Le Reine The Thrill for the sword swallower performance. The album is available pre-order here. Release date: October 21.
