Glaswegian quartet Declan Welsh & The Decadent West are trying to walk away from bad habits on their new single, Mercy. The trouble is: getting high and smashed feels pretty great. It is the aftermath that sucks, with a spliting headache and people having to remind you what happened. It is a mid-tempo, rocking plea for forgiveness, with a few choice power chords to get the ball rolling.
Declan Welsh & The Decadent West:
Declan Welsh: lead vocals, guitar
Duncan McBride: guitar
Ben Corlett: bass
Murray Noble: drums
