Morgendust: Morgendust

Dutch '80s inspired quintet Morgendust are aware that you must learn to walk before you can run. So, after releasing an EP, a few standalone singles and a covers album, they have earned enough hours of hard work to be ready for the next level: a full-length record. This self-titled album paints with broad strokes, but there is also plenty of attention to detail.

Lead singer Marco de Haan feels comfortable in the spotlights, but is not afraid to sing about being shy, awkward and a little confused. It gives the mainstream rock music depth and an edge, two elements that are often missing in their niche. With three more band members pitching in for the vocals the sonic wall they created isn't used as a means to keep people out, but an invitation to climb along with them to enjoy the view from up there.

Morgendust:
Marco de Haan: lead vocals, guitars
Ron van Kruistum: guitars, vocals
Iwan Blokzijl: keyboards, vocals
Dario Pozderski: bass, vocals
Patrick Pozderski: drums, percussion
