Dutch indie quartet Tardigrade switches between crunchy grunge and jazz on their debut EP All That Glitters Isn't Gold, with lead singer Eva Burger keeping it all together with her crystal clear vocals. All four songs are dealing with the troubles and insecurities of growing up.
Daisy describes the confusion of the early stages of falling in love, with guitars screaming at the heavens trying to get an answer. The band truly thrives when they allow themselves some leeway, and it all falls into place during Sword And Arrow, going through hills and valleys, with equal billing for soft passages and crescendos. Don't be surprised when they go all out when they play it live.
