Uncle Kid, stage name of Scottish musician Craig Nicholson, will perform at the O2 Academy in Edinburgh on November 18. The show is as part of the eclectic Edinburgh Art Fair.
With a bit of luck he will treat the audience to his radical reinvention of Louis Armstrong's What a Wonderful World, an amalgam of triphop and spoken word: "for combining trip hop with spoken word. The original is a happy song, but he turned into quite the opposite by taking the perspective from a man dealing with mental health issues."
