Guitarist and singer Seth Walker laid down his cover of the Al Green classic Take Me to the River @ at The Studio Nashville. He played it live, with bass player Rhees Williams and drummer Mark Raudabaugh. It became a hybrid of county, funk and gospel, with the slap of an old rubber bridged Kay guitar - owned by his pal Oliver Wood - as an extra layer of percussion. The track is part of a series of tracks honoring his musical heroes.
Take Me to the River is release via Royal Potato Family.
